Portion Guidelines
- One Rack of Ribs contains twelve rib bones, and feeds 2-3 people.
- One Pound of Meat feeds 3-4 people.
- One Whole Chicken may be cut into either four- or eight-piece servings.
- One pint of a side dish feeds 2-4 people.
- One gallon of a side dish can feed 32 people a 4 ounce serving.
There will be a 10% Gratuity and a 10% Delivery Fee (if applicable) added to all catering orders, including call-in orders in excess of $100.
